Qualifications
• Education: Secondary School Education / CXC Passes
• Licensing: Certificate in manicures and pedicures (mandatory)
• Experience: Prior experience in a spa, salon, or wellness environment preferred
• Technical Skills: Skilled in manicures, pedicures, builder gel, and nail art; knowledge of nail health and sanitation practices
• Professionalism: Polished, well-groomed appearance with a calm and confident presence
Soft Skills and Attributes
• Excellent verbal communication and guest interaction skills
• Friendly, upbeat demeanor with a passion for nail care and beauty
• Strong multitasking ability and efficient time management
• Ability to remain focused and professional in a serene, fast-paced spa setting
• Respectful of guest privacy and dedicated to maintaining a clean, safe environment
• Impeccable attention to detail in every service performed
Preferred Skills
• Proficiency in advanced nail techniques (e.g., Builder Gel, Polygel, Gel X, Extensions)
• Warm, calming personality with a guest-first mindset
• Knowledge and experience in recommending retail nail care products and advising guests on aftercare
