We pride ourselves on exceptional guest care, and we are seeking skilled, compassionate, and professional Massage Therapists who are passionate about wellness and dedicated to delivering an exceptional experience for our guests.
Qualifications
• Education: Graduate of an accredited massage therapy program and/or school institution
• Licensing: Current diploma /certification in massage therapy (mandatory)
• Experience: Over three (3) years of experience preferred
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with various massage techniques (Swedish, Deep tissue, Hot Stone, etc.)
Soft Skills and Attributes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A calm, nurturing, and professional demeanor
• Punctual and reliable with strong time management skills
• Respect for guest confidentiality and professional boundaries
• Team-oriented with a positive and collaborative attitude
Preferred Skills
• Training in additional modalities (e.g., reflexology, cupping, lymphatic drainage, sports massage)
• Knowledge and ability to advise our guests on additional spa services
• Fluent in multiple languages (a plus!)
