We pride ourselves on exceptional guest care, and we are seeking a warm, professional, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to be the face of our spa and to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Qualifications
• Education: Secondary School Education/ CXC Passes in English and Math
• Experience: Previous customer service or front desk experience, preferably in a spa, hotel, or wellness center
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with POS systems, Gmail, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Professionalism: Well-groomed appearance with a friendly, calm demeanor

• Confidentiality in handling our guests’ data
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Warm and hospitable attitude
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced, serene environment
• Exceptional attention to detail
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of spa services/treatments (Training will be made available)
• Calm and friendly personality with strong multitasking ability
• Fluent in multiple languages (a plus!)
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Able to maintain discretion and guest confidentiality
