Qualifications
• Education: Secondary School Education / CXC Passes
• Licensing: Valid state esthetician license (required)
• Experience: Previous experience as an esthetician in a spa or wellness center preferred
• Technical Skills: Proficient in various facial and skincare treatments; comfortable with extractions, masks, peels, and product application
• Professionalism: Well-groomed, polished appearance and a calm, confident demeanor
Soft Skills and Attributes
• Outstanding verbal and written communication
• Warm, welcoming attitude with a passion for skincare
• Strong multitasking and time management abilities
• Ability to remain composed and focused in a serene but busy spa environment
• Confidentiality with guest health and skincare concerns
• Exceptional attention to detail with all skin types and facials
Preferred Skills
• Knowledge of advanced skincare techniques and technologies (LED, chemical peels, etc.)
• Calm and friendly personality with a genuine desire to help others look and feel their best
• Experience with retail skincare products
• Excellent organizational skills and a proactive mindset
